Update
It's already been about 10 days since I stopped the cleanse. Time flies!! Things are going pretty good and I feel pretty good.
Since I started eating normal foods again I am up 4 pounds. It seems to have leveled out. Out of 14.5 pounds lost, a 4 pound gain isn't TOO bad. I am trying to exercise every day now and eat the right foods, but I haven't been perfect. Paul and I have been out to eat once and I have had a couple things that aren't the most nutritious food choices. But I am doing good.
I still have a ways to go in my quest to be a healthy weight. Also, I've still been having some skin issues - I probably should have kept going on the cleanse. Next time I will go longer.
Becoming and staying healthy is an ongoing journey. I plan to do the cleanse again next year some time, maybe after this next semester of school.

Your blog is inspiring, Edith. I went to play basketball last night for the first time in a loooong time, but it reminded me that, hey, I have a body. True, it's a pasty academic body, but I should get this out and do stuff with it!
