Day 4: Nothin's gonna stop me now!

Weight loss: 6 pounds
Attitude: Going strong, somewhat bitter because of my food obssessions, but determined.

Yesterday, I fixed chicken for Paul's dinner, but it had been in the fridge for a while, so it smelled kind of "iffy". I let Paul be the judge when he got home, and he agreed. So, we went to the mall, and Paul got a Villa Pizza for dinner. Part of me was totally fine with that, since he should be able to eat whatever he wants, and enjoy himself. But another big part of me felt like life was unfair, and I became snippy toward Paul for just a minute... hahaha poor guy, he handled it very well.

Anyway, he got his thin cheese pizza, and he ate more than half of it, while I sipped on a delicious lemon drink.

Whatever, talk to the hand!

It's another late morning today. It's 8:45 am and I just finished my salt-water flush. I usually wait and hour/hour-and-a-half before I have my first lemon drink so the salt-water can do its job.

*Oh, and apparently, Mom did the salt-water in 3 minutes yesterday!! Outstanding!!!*

I was up again at 4:30 am - but nothing really happened until 5:00-5:30 am. I wonder if I have just programmed myself to get up that early by thinking about it so much. Anyway, I was still tired, so I went back to bed and didn't wake up until 8:30 am.

I'm almost out of maple syrup. Paul and I ordered some from www.themastercleanse.com, and we received an email that it was shipped on Monday. We ordered it 2-3 day shipping, so I SHOULD get it today, which would work out perfectly. But, I may have to go to Wild Oats and get more maple syrup for this afternoon if it doesn't get here in time. That will really bother me, because we ordered a HUGE container of the stuff.
